Relationships are one the most important and fulfilling parts of our human lives. They feed our hearts and our souls.

And, relationships are hard.  They are even harder when someone you love has ADHD.  If you are the parent, partner or sibling of an adult with ADHD, you already know this.  But what you may not know are the facts and information that can help you understand ADHD, and thus better understand your loved one.  With so much mis-information and promised “cures” of ADHD on the internet today, it’s imperative to have a scientifically sound and valid source of information when it comes to navigating ADHD.

Russell Barkley is a well known expert on ADHD and this book, as well as his other publications are gold mines of information to better help you understand ADHD.  This book is a great starting point to educate yourself about the lifelong symptoms and issues that impact those with ADHD.  Greater understanding opens the door to better relationships.

If you or the someone you love with ADHD is in need of support and professional guidance, I’m here to help.  As the mother of a child with ADHD, I understand the personal toll it can take on both you and loved one.  As a mental health counselor, I’ve helped educate hundreds of children, adults and families about ADHD.  Together, we’ve created solutions for work, for home and for school.  You CAN bring calm, peace and joy back into your life and into your relationship.  Schedule your session today to get the professional help you need to create a healthier, more fulfilling relationship with your ADHD loved one today!
